WHO WE ARE
Cove Building is a Margaret River based boutique building company led by Managing director Sean Flynn.
Sean has 24 years experience within the construction industry and is a Qualified Carpenter, Project Manager and Registered Builder.
Cove Building specialise in customised residential building projects in the price category of $300 - $550k price range. We cater entirely for your needs and can provide you with a smooth building experience from project design to client handover.
We offer full buiding service from Budget, Design, Finance, Assessments and Approvals, Construction to Handover, or clients are welcomed to bring their own designs to us for detailed pricing.
Being a small builder, we strongly focus on excellent customer service and timely project delivery (you will even see Sean on the tools regularly)
We have a wide range of experience from commercial construction, new residential construction right through to renovations and additions.
